Production Management:
We maintain a robust infrastructure to ensure timely deliveries and consistent quality. Our experienced merchandising team oversees every stage of production—from raw materials and accessories procurement to knitting, dyeing, and sewing. Quality assurance is enforced at factory level by a dedicated quality control team that works in tandem with our merchandisers to address any issues promptly.

Quality Assurance:
At Efibre Ltd, quality is our highest priority. We collaborate with IGS Sourcing to uphold strict quality standards throughout the production cycle. Each new order’s initial fabric lot is tested in-house or verified by third-party labs such as SGS or ITS. Only after fabric approval and pilot run validation is bulk production authorized. Final inspections are conducted by IGS Sourcing’s QA team, and detailed audit reports are submitted to clients before shipment. Pre-shipment samples—collected from initial production batches—are sent to clients for final approval.

Logistics & Shipping:
Efibre Ltd offers end-to-end logistics support, from factory floor to the client’s destination. We work with top-tier freight forwarders and can also collaborate with client-nominated partners. Our logistics team coordinates closely with the factory and port (Chittagong) to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods.

Payment Terms:
We accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight. Once a solid business relationship is established, we are open to discussing alternative payment methods that suit both parties.
